Phantom Negro Weapons are those weapons which White Americans report black people having but which are never found for some strange reason.
Examples:
1999: Amadou Diallo - shot 41 times, hit 19 times, died. His gun shapeshifted into a wallet.
2006: Sean Bell - shot 51 times and died after one of his friends reached for his gun. The gun cloaked itself and was never found.
2009: Oscar Grant - shot dead when he reached for his gun. Since it was a Phantom Negro Weapon, police failed to find it when they searched him before putting him face down on the ground.
2011: Kenneth Chamberlain - shot dead when he threatened armed policemen with a butcher’s knife. The knife, of course, being a Phantom Negro Weapon, did not appear on the video recording.
2012: Ramarley Graham - the gun in his waistband cloaked itself after police shot him dead in front of his grandmother.
2012: Trayvon Martin – no weapon was reported, but the way his killer acted you would think his Arizona iced tea and bag of Skittles had shapeshifted from something far more deadly.
2012: Rekia Boyd - was killed when police shot at Antonio Cross, whose gun shapeshifted into a mobile phone.
2012: Jordan Davis - killed after threatening Michael Dunn with a shotgun rather than turning down his music. The police were unable to find the shotgun. Maybe it will still turn up, but more likely it was Phantom Negro Weapon which has cloaked itself.

Dashcam Video Leads to Felony Charges Against Cop who Fired Several Rounds at Unarmed Man

A South Carolina cop was criminally charged after shooting a man for attempting to abide by his orders.

And only because the incident was caught on the officer’s dash cam.

But even then, it’s surprising that authorities would waste so little time in charging Sean Groubert for the incident that took place September 4, firing him on September 19 and charging him less than a week later.

If convicted, he can face up to 20 years in prison if convicted, which rarely happens in these types of cases.

How the Federal Reserve regulates inflation

1. If the total amount of currency circulating increases faster than the total value of goods and services in the economy, each individual piece will be able to buy a smaller portion of those things than before. This is called inflation.

2. On the other hand, if the money supply remained the same while more goods and services were produced, each dollar’s value would increase, in a process known as deflation.

3. So which is worse? Too much inflation means that the money in your wallet will be worth less tomorrow, making you want to spend it today. While this stimulates business, it also encourages overconsumption or hoarding commodities like food and fuel, raising their prices and leading to consumer shortages as well as more inflation.

4. But deflation makes people want to hold on to their money. The decrease in consumer spending reduces business profits, which leads to more unemployment and a further decrease in spending, causing the economy to keep shrinking.

So most economists believe that while too much of either is dangerous, a small consistent amount of inflation is necessary to encourage economic growth. The Fed uses vast amounts of economic data to get the numbers just right in order to stimulate growth and keep people employed without letting inflation reach disruptive levels.
